How to View Your AHD
Viewing Instructions
To view your registered AHD, click on the "Log In" button on any page of the MyHealthDirective.com Web site and you'll be sent to the Log In page.
At the Log In page:
- Enter your User ID and password
- Click on the "Log In" button and you will be sent to the secured member area
At the Welcome page of the member area:
